Five for Friday! – March 6, 2009

Weekly Roundup

Another week has flown by and it is Friday. I am amazed that as I get older time seems to move so much faster. My baby girl is now sixteen and my little boy is now a 14-year old young man. Watching them mature and face their own decisions reminds me of the importance of family and my responsibility to teach them how to deal with adversity.

Hopefully this weeks roundup will inspire you to spend more time with the ones you love and encourage them in the things that are really important.

  1. With all the talk of stimulus packages and bailouts, Bob over at ChristianPF has a post on God’s stimulus plan
  2. Are you worried about the status of the stock market? Mr. ToughMoneyLove advises that With Markets a Bottomless Pit, Concentrate on Cash Flow
  3. Frugaldad discusses how Ford is Offering Employee $50,000 To Leave early
  4. Worried about how much money the government is spending? Most people are, but Emily at Remodeling This Life encourages us to Spend Time, Not Money
  5. Finally, this one is a shameless plug for my own blog. Wise Bread has a ranked list of Personal Finance blogs and as of today we are 184. Our numbers have gone up, recently but a lot more blogs have been added.
