Investing for the long haul

I have said it before that I am not an investment professional and I don’t provide specific investment advice. What I do know is that if you have several years until retirement (like I do), this uncertain time in the stock market is nothing that should cause you to abandon your long-term plan. I found this article over at US News & World Report website that provides some very good information on mutual funds that should be considered by the long-term investor.
