If you look hard enough, you can always find someone that is ready to tell you how bad things are right now in the economy. Ok, you don’t have to look very hard at all, but if you wanted to find some good news, then that is a different story, especially when we start talking about the housing market. Well, today I came across this article from SmartMoney.com, via Yahoo! Finance. The article lists the top seven areas that are ready to see the housing market start the move back up.
The seven areas from the article are:
- Seattle
- Des Moines
- Raleigh
- Salt Lake City
- Philadelphia
- Birmingham
- Denver
Don’t see you hometown on here? Don’t worry, once people start getting back a little confidence, you will start seeing upward moves across the board. Will this happen soon? I don’t even want to pretend to know when things will begin trending up for the long term, but I do have complete confidence in the foundations of the U.S. economy…the people of the United States.
